Dropping a note about the very friendly and nice experience I had today in your service department. I ride a 1989 Ultra Classic Tour Glide with a side car attached. I came to your dealership hoping you had at least 1 mechanic that had experience with an older Harley. I was pleasantly surprised you had at least 3 mechanics that new all about this year bike and it's oddities.Your mechanic(Dave I think it was) told me all about the possible electrical issue I am experiencing. I am going to try and resolve the issue myself but you are now the shop I will have service my bike in the future and hunt down this problem if I cannot find it. I did go into your retail store and buy new gloves I also say thank you for stocking a 3XL. When I decide to upgrade to a new bike you will be hearing from me. Thank you Again Ken Quast

If you're looking to get a bike from somewhere get it from here and ask for Jimmy. This was my first Harley and Jimmy took the time to go through each and every model and explain the differences. Once I felt like I knew what I would like he brought it around back where I took a quick moment to get familiar with a bike that was almost 1,000ccs bigger than anything I was used to. Trust me, that thought alone was intimidating. But I was able to get comfortable and knew that the FatBob was what I wanted. Jimmy went so far as to transfer a nice used bike from another dealership that I could test ride. Ultimately, I got a FatBob and I have to say that I love it. After having an absolutely horrible experience at Chicago Harley Davidson, this was beyond a fresh breath of air. I don't plan on going anywhere else unless I'm stopping in for poker chips and T-shirts.
